Thank you, for the best X’mas present this year!

Thanks to Guerlain, L’Occitane, Biotherm, Neutrogena & Etude House for all the gifts sponsored!
My dad once told me, “You can get anything you can dream of with the strength of your will and your creativity.”
Dad always supported and encouraged us to pursue our creative intuitions, to dare to challenge the norm. And then I have the courage to follow my intuition and to share my wild ideas in all sort of forms including involving in brainstorming forums.
There is no special trick to it. I learnt to observe my surroundings (don’t judge but just observe), noting both mundane and unusual things, people and actions; and I tried to see things in a different way, from as many points of view as possible. Be open minded and be inspired by your surroundings,  engage in new activities, and commit yourself to learn something new, that’s how I started to have new and more resourceful thoughts.
I don’t really care about the rewards (although I’m always happy to be rewarded :P) but what really excited me the most was the opportunity to spend time with talented and inspiring people around the world, and share a common mission, to make our lives simpler, easier and more effective.
And not to forget, thank you daddy. Merry Chistmas! ♥

The Day I Unveiled My Destiny Code

I had discovered Purple Star Astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu) 3 years ago. I don’t believe in all these crap initially but I was speechless when I found that it was extremely accurate in describing my character and my past journey.
I bought 4 books and spent a year time to study it.  I was shocked when I found the answer why I always end up reporting to 2 bosses, and involved in the restructuring cycle since 10 years ago. Now I have an idea on ‘what should I look for in the next 10 years’.  I have once met Master Mrs. Yap (wife to the founder of Yap Cheng Hai Academy) who is the consultant of ZWDS for over 20 years; she shared with me that before they reveal a full analysis report to their client, 3 statements relates to client’s life event will be briefed, and if any of these statement turn out to be wrong as mentioned by client, the report will never be revealed and released to the client, and no charge will be made for the service. Inaccurate of birth record is the reason why the analysis is inaccurate.
In Purple Star Astrology, there is no end destination, there is no prediction of so called ‘the end of the world’ on 2012, but there are only journeys. Some days the sea is calm, some days it is rough - so in knowing how the winds blow, I can steer my boat the right way.
I have tried out this Zi Wei free analysis before, it is not as comprehensive as what I have learnt from the book but it covers all those important elements such as career, relationships, romance, health and wealth. It’s the best software I’ve ever used. You can get a free analysis from this free software (for a limited time only), save it and keep your destiny info (print it or save your digital report into your hardware) for future reference. It is about understanding yourself, and those around you, and then bettering your personal relationships, your opportunities and your life.
I was surprised to see that there were quite a large group of American and people from different countries and races using the software.
Free analysis software (in English):  Izi Wai * Click for free download.

Zi Wei literally means “Purple Star” while Dou Shu means “calculation”. Used together, the four words means the study of a person’s life based on lunar magnetic influences - the movement and location of the Zi Wei Star and other stars with a person’s date and time of birth. Derived from the Chinese Lunar Calendar, it is incorporated accordingly to the Earth’s movement at the specific time the person came to this world.

It predicts a person’s overall personality as well as his potential throughout his life related to money, profession, asset, health and relationship with parent, siblings, spouse, children and friends, the 12 palaces of life. And all the calculations are done simply by examining a person’s date and time of birth. Izi Wai software does all the complex calculations and generates astrology report that is easy to be read and understood.  The origin of Purple Star Astrology can be traced back to 980 - 1280 A.D i.e. during the Sung dynasty and is mainly attributed to Chen Hsi Ee, who is known to have improved, refined and documented this entire system of Chinese Astrology. There are over then 100 stars in the Zi Wei Do Shu system out of which only 30 or 40 of them are considered to be important for the purpose of conducting an accurate reading. And these stars are distributed over 12 major palaces or field of human life namely, Life, Sibling, Spouse, Children, Wealth, Health, Travel, Friends, Profession, Property, Enjoyment and Parent based on your date and time of birth.

Discover your nature, your strength, and the initiative power you got by nature and start to find your career based on this nature, it helps to enhance your skills and give you a good ability to excel and compete with others people in the field that do not have your skills or even did not try to search behind their real excel points.

Perception

Something to think about….
Washington, DC Metro Station on a cold January morning in 2007. The man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time approximately. 2 thousand people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. After 3 minutes a middle aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried to meet his schedule.
4 minutes later:
The violinist received his first dollar: a woman threw the money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk.
6 minutes:
A young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again.
10 minutes:
A 3-year old boy stopped but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. Every parent, without exception, forced their children to move on quickly.
45 minutes:The musician played continuously.  Only 6 people stopped and listened for a short while. About 20 gave money but continued to walk at their normal pace.  The man collected a total of $32.
1 hour:
He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.
No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars. Two days before Joshua Bell sold out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100.
This is a true story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people’s priorities.
The questions raised:
*In a common place environment at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty?
*Do we stop to appreciate it?
*Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context?
One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this:
If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made.
How many other things are we missing?
(via)
I did that, always stop and enjoy the music for at least 10 minutes and thats why I’m always late :)
